Joe successfully started  his own business, turned it into a profitable enterprise, and sold it to his associates.  Joe equips small businesses to increase sales, hire and retain quality employees, create a productive and healthy work environment, and develop strategies for selling a business.  Joe also offers employee education workshops on topics such as: personal finance, customer service, sales techniques, and personal development. 

With 30 years experience in the financial services industry, Joe offers advice on: goal setting, accumulating cash reserves, debt reduction, retirement and education planning,  budget counseling, life and long term care insurance planning, and charitable giving strategies.
